A lot of people said they noticed results after a couple months, so I bought 3 months worth to test it out. For me, it did tone down the amount of pimples I get before my period, it made my face less oily which is great, and I don't bloat as much. Would definitely repurchase these again.

While it doesn't cure everything for me period related (my pain of my cramps are still the same), it does make my periods feel more managable.

They taste so good and actually work! I suffer from heavy PMS symptoms every month but after starting these my hormonal acne has decreased and the cramping, nausea, and bloating I typically experience during my periods is nonexistent.

I've been using it for 2 months and after the 1st one I really saw a positive difference in my mood and I was also less bloating! The flavor is good but too sweet for me, principally when you eat the 2 gummies at the same time.
